Formation de printemps à Trevalco

Au début du mois, nous avons organisé notre journée de formation de printemps avec tous nos employés. Chacun pouvait choisir deux des quatre sessions de formation : Toutes les sessions ont été données par des formateurs et des entraîneurs expérimentés d’Alta Mente. Et bien sûr, il y a eu du temps pour renforcer l’esprit d’équipe au cours d’exercices interactifs, de pauses et d’un déjeuner sain.

Team activity: karting

Yesterday we had a fun activity with the whole Trevalco team. We first went karting, during two sessions our colleagues could show who was the fastest, most cunning driver on the track at Inkart. Afterwards we had a nice diner together at Smokt! A good time to renew connections, tell stories of summer vacations past and get updates on each other’s project activities.

Tools to be efficient & effective

Yesterday our whole team joined in on a digital training, the second part of our program on « Efficiency & Effectiveness » organized by X-Conscious. We learned how to use tools such as Outlook, Onenote and Teams more efficiently. So that instead of these tools creating work, they start doing the work for us. 2021’s new year event had to go digital, but nevertheless we had a great time with the whole team. First there was a business update by Tim, followed by introductions of new colleagues and some questions & answers. We skipped to the fun part of the evening after 30 minutes.
