In this approach to pharmaceutical consulting we leave the option for the client to hire a consultant on a permanent, internal contract. For example after satisfactory completion of a predefined period in consulting.

This academy model can also be combined with our service in recruitment. We can hire a candidate having the education, experience and skills required by the client and then offer this candidate as a consultant in an academy model contract.

If it is the intention of a client to hire one of our pharmaceutical consultants as permanent staff we always recommend this model. The advantage with the academy model is that any conditions such as hiring fees and notice periods are agreed upfront.
