Reflecting on The Past six Months: The Launch of Our HVAC / Testing Team

Since January, we have been proud to offer specialized services in HVAC and cleanroom testing. Our dedicated team of technicians and engineers is equipped to handle balancing, testing of HVAC installations, and commissioning and qualification activities for HVAC and cleanrooms, adhering to standards such as ISO 14644. As we approach the six-month mark, it’s a good time to reflect on this journey and our achievements.

The Beginning

In December 2024, we made the decision to launch our new team. With Ryan and Kristof eager to join Trevalco and lead this initiative, armed with a robust business plan and a clear vision for meeting all technical requirements, we embarked on our first projects already in the second week of January.

Challenges and Achievements

The first half of this year has been a period of intense effort for both our new team as well as our entire backoffice. We not only developed a new service but also doubled our initial work volume projections from January. We established all necessary supporting processes, including administration, safety, and quality assurance. Here are some of our key achievements:

• VCA Certification: We successfully achieved VCA certification as a company.
• Administrative Enhancements: We adapted and upscaled our administrative processes to manage additional work orders, invoicing, and the extra administrative demands of major construction projects. After nearly six months, these processes are running smoothly.
• Customer Base Expansion: Our sales team, in collaboration with Ryan and Kristof, has built a new customer base in both the Life Sciences sector and other industries.
• Team Growth: The HVAC and cleanroom testing team has grown rapidly since January.
• Instrumentation: By the second month of 2025, we had all the necessary instrumentation in place to execute all possible tests related to ISO 14644 and more.
• Quality System Improvements: Our quality system has been extended and enhanced to support critical measuring equipment, the purchasing of critical goods, and additional certifications for our team members.

Looking Ahead

In the next six months, we plan to continue expanding our new service with additional measurement technologies, growing our customer base, and reviewing our operational processes to further improve efficiency.

This journey has been a testament to great teamwork. We are proud of what we have accomplished and are excited about the future.
