Purpose of data processing
Trevalco BV collects and processes personal data of job applicants for the purpose of:
- evaluation whether the applicant meets the job requirements
- communication with the applicant, to collect additional information or to schedule job interviews
- eventually hiring the applicant (employment contract, legal registrations)
- making up commercial proposals
Trevalco BV collects and processes personal data of clients and service providers for the purpose of:
- making up commercial proposals
- making up project agreements
- creation and processing of orders
- invoicing
- project management
- direct marketing
Lawfulness of processing
Personal data is processed in accordance with article 6.1
(b) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract
(c) processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject
(f) processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Transfer of personal data to third parties
If necessary for the defined purposes, personal data can be shared with other data processors within and outside of the European Economic Area who are directly or indirectly associated to Trevalco BV or with our partners.
Personal data will only be shared within the framework of an agreement with customers or service providers. Trevalco BV ensures that appropriate measures are in place to safeguard the protection of personal data. If this data is shared by a customer or service provider with other parties, it will only occur within the boundaries of the relevant agreement, where the data subject has explicitly given consent or where it is necessary for the execution of the agreement.
Retention period
Personal data of applicants that are not hired is retained for a maximum period of 24 months after the decision regarding hiring of the candidate was communicated.
Personal data of applicants who are hired is retained and processed as defined in the applicable labor regulations of Trevalco BV.
Personal data regarding project agreements and invoices is retained for at least 10 years after the last agreement’s expiration to meet legal accounting requirements.
Personal data of clients and service providers (e.g. contact details, roles & responsibilities) are retained indefinitely for the purpose of direct marketing.
Right to be informed, to correct, to be forgotten, to restrict or limit processing
The job applicant, client or service provider always has the right to consult his personal data, to request corrections, to request removal of the data, or to restrict or limit processing of the data. This is in accordance with article 6.1 (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. In addition, the applicant, client or service provider has the right to request a full digital copy of his personal data.

Complaint
