We focus entirely on recruiting of master, bachelor and other highly qualified candidates. Our specialization in the Life Sciences allows us to perform thorough but efficient technical evaluation of each candidate so that only the best CV's are proposed to our clients.
Our approach
We source candidates from our own network, through specialized tools and targeted advertising.
Each candidate is carefully reviewed and evaluated for experience, technical competency, soft skills and cultural match. Included in our recruitment service are:
- Review of CV, motivation (letter)
- Digital intake conversation
- In-person interview, including technical assessment
- Internal evaluation by at least two specialists in the Life Sciences

Pricing
We offer a simple pricing model for our recruitment service, depending on the level of education and the future position of the candidate.
All our pricing is based on "no cure, no pay".
- Bachelors: 12.500 euro excl. VAT
- Masters : 14.500 euro excl. VAT
- Leadership positions : 30% of yearly gross salary
As an alternative to working with recruitment fees we offer the academy model for pharmaceutical consulting.
