Yesterday we had a fun activity with the whole Trevalco team. We first went karting, during two sessions our colleagues could show who was the fastest, most cunning driver on the track at Inkart.
Afterwards we had a nice diner together at Smokt! A good time to renew connections, tell stories of summer vacations past and get updates on each other’s project activities.
At Trevalco I'm responsible for HR and Quality. The main goal of my job is to create an organization in which we foster personal development and build towards direct motives that inspire performance: play, purpose and potential. Because at the end of the day we want happy employees delivering great services to our customers.
