Gender equality was chosen as one of the key sustainability goals by our employees and our management. Recently we calculated key figures to meet our objective to measure diversity and gender equality in our current workforce and in our hiring processes.
We are happy that the numbers confirm there are at Trevalco equal opportunities in recruitment of new employees and promotions of current employees, and the pay gap between men and women is small (and to the advantage of our female coworkers).

At Trevalco I'm responsible for HR and Quality.
